How does the process work?

Fill out the form with your date, location, and the overall aesthetic you're hoping to achieve. We’ll set up a call to chat and ensure we’re the perfect fit for your vision.
2. MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Once you select your collection, you will sign a digital contract and pay the retainer invoice to secure your date. We will also finalize the payment plan for the remaining balance.
3. PLAN & PREP
We will send you our exclusive wedding day photo guides and schedule follow-up calls to craft your timeline. We ensure every detail is addressed so you can be fully present on your day.
4. THE DELIVERY
After the wedding, you will receive your sneak peeks within 72 hours. Your full, curated gallery will be delivered within 4-8 weeks (2-3 weeks for engagement sessions).

What are the steps after we fill out the form?
After you fill out the inquiry form, we will reach out within 24-48 hours to discuss your wedding details. You can choose a package directly from the website or we can customize one based on your needs. Once you’ve selected your package, a signed contract and retainer payment will officially secure your date.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Absolutely! You don’t need to have a set date to reach out. I’d love to hear about your wedding plans and, most importantly, understand your vision. We can discuss ideas, availability, and package options, so when your date is set, we’re ready to move forward seamlessly!
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
No additional travel payment is required within the Vancouver metro area, so there’s no extra charge. For weddings outside this area, a travel fee may apply based on the location. Let us know your venue details, and we will provide a clear breakdown of any additional costs upfront!
Do you travel outside Canada?
Of course! We absolutely love traveling for weddings. Whether you're planning a destination wedding or an intimate elopement outside Canada, we'd be thrilled to capture your special day. Just let us know the details, and we’ll provide a custom travel quote to make it happen!
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
After wedding or engagement, sneak peeks within 72 hours (If it's only in your package) and full gallery will be delivered (engagement session 2-3 weekends, wedding 6-8 weeks)
